Grant serves as counsel to investors, entrepreneurs and their companies on fundraising, financing, corporate governance, commercial and regulatory matters. He also serves as outside general counsel to startups and small-to-medium enterprise companies.

Grant has practiced as an attorney for over seven years in corporate, finance, capital markets and investment management, working with global banks, private equity firms, private credit investors, and public and private companies, domestic and international, on a range of investments, private offerings of securities, business ventures and commercial transactions.

Grant holds a J.D. from Duke University and a B.A. (high honors) from Emory University. He is licensed to practice in Georgia and North Carolina.
